Terms and Conditions

Venue opens for set up from Thursday 2nd June at Noon & all traders should be offsite no later than 1pm on Monday 6th June 2022.
Set up must be completed and vehicles off site by 9.00am on Saturday 4th June & or Sunday 5th June.

NO VEHIVLE MOVEMENT is allowed on the site from 9.00 am to 5.30pm (unless by prior agreement with organizers) on show days.
The show will be open to the public from 10:30am until 5pm

I understand that I am responsible for the lay out of my own goods, security of any items on the pitch and insurance.

Phoenix accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, theft or injury to myself or persons on the pitch for the duration of the event.

I also accept that it is my responsibility to ensure that the pitch is maintained in a safe manner and once the event is finished that the pitch will be left in a clean and tidy condition with all rubbish removed.

Covid 19 Dependent on Government / Department of Health & Social Care guidelines all traders will be required to take daily Lateral Flow Tests
